To open an account on app 26, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. The information you provide at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on app 26 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, you must use a verified payment method, and the payment account must be registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals below a certain minimum amount may not be possible. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of any suspicious transaction or fraud. Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus or promotional funds, and these will be stated in the details of each offer.
All gaming and betting activities on app 26 are conducted fairly and transparently, and no manipulation is involved in determining outcomes. Users may not use any bots, automation software, or methods to gain an unfair advantage. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event, app 26's decision shall be final. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account. Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same event, or collusion, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to change game rules, odds, or payout structures at any time, and users will be notified of changes in advance.
Any form of fraud, cheating, money laundering, or illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, using offensive language, or attempting to breach the platform's security measures are punishable offenses. If such activity is detected, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the account and confiscate the balance without notice. Where applicable, we are obligated to report information to the relevant law enforcement authorities. Users may also request to close their account at any time, and we will action this within a reasonable timeframe. The process for returning any valid balance after account closure will be completed in accordance with our standard policies.
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the app 26 platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, but republishing, selling, or distributing any content is prohibited. No part of the platform may be reverse engineered or decompiled. Prior written permission must be obtained before using our brand name or logo for any third-party purpose. If a user uploads any content to the platform, they are deemed to have granted us a limited license to use that content.
App 26 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide advance notice to users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, an initial resolution will be sought through our support team. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
